Radiosity
Radiosity is a rendering technique that simulates the indirect lighting that occurs when lit surfaces transfer their energy to other surfaces.
The most realistic, yet intensive, rendering effects require radiosity. By adding the indirect lighting and soft lighting effects of radiosity, a rendering can seem highly realistic.
