How To Save To The Back Up

Once you have done a days work and wish to save to the Back Up double click on the Back up Icon to run it. Then Copy (⌘ C) your folder from the computers hard drive. In the Back Up find your Year Folder then find your named folder, then Paste (⌘ V) your work into the project folder.
